Shipping:

• Shipping is FREE for all domestic Australian online orders over $75 - it does not apply to phone orders.

Click & Collect - McIver's North only.

• We offer Click and Collect option for local pickup at our West Brunswick store, McIver's North.

Payment options:

• We now accept direct deposit, credit card payment or Paypal. For credit card payments our gateway is Shopify. 
• Shopify is PCI level 1 compliant for credit card processing which means it adheres to the highest standards of server compliance.
• PayPal is one of the most widely used and trusted secure service providers in the world, catering for everything from small business to eBay.
• Our preference? We would prefer you to use Shopify not PayPal - it costs us significantly less in fees, but you should use whichever method is comfortable for you.

Delivery:

• All orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel or using Flat Rate Satchels.
• Please allow 3-5 days for delivery and possibly more in remote areas.
• We take all care but accept no responsibility for damage during transit.
• We offer international shipping to New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, China, the United States of America and the United Kingdom.

• Our shop is open Monday to Friday 8-4pm and Saturday 9-3pm.

How long does it take for my order to be processed and delivered?

• Phone orders will usually go out the same day.
• Internet orders received before noon will usually be processed the same day. However, we are human.
• Sometimes we may need to wait a day or two for tea to be packed or blended. If this is the case we will email you with an update.

Cancellations:

• Once an order has left our premises we cannot accept a cancellation. If you wish to cancel an order please contact us immediately and if possible we will arrange it.

Tea & Coffee Returns:

• We really try to keep our customers happy. For incorrect orders please contact us as soon as you receive the shipment. It will need to be returned in the original packaging for evaluation.

Privacy?

• We don’t share your information.
